Well, the new distillery is finally up and running and we couldn't be more delighted. 

Situated in sunny Wadhurst, East Sussex the Birch Gin distillery is ready to make your favourite gins along with some new product ranges that we are currently working on. We're hoping to bring our new gin "Blu Jaz" into production in the next couple of months along with a vodka and a couple of surprises. 

Hopefully it won't take us ten years to get these recipes right!
